The platform, which began as a grassroots effort, has become integral to the company culture, saving 91,000 hours by facilitating over 10,000 knowledge-based search queries and 14,000 inquiries about finding internal experts. Roche expanded the translation feature of Starmind, allowing employees to ask questions in multiple languages. The company integrated Google Cloud Search for easier access to information and is exploring further integrations with its HR system and other knowledge management systems.
